I love when college graduates celebrate this huge achievement. Phelan’s grandfather was so proud of her and wanted to celebrate with some special photos to look back on. We avoided the heat of the late summer and ended up scoring a beautiful day on East and City Campus. The last photo in her shoot is a pure power stance as she heads to grad school!
